Marketing

As my marketing career has evolved I’ve seen that marketing boils down to driving four results: building a better brand perception, driving greater and/or more efficient customer acquisition, enhancing the customer experience and/or outcomes, and, finally, hiring the best talent.


Writer

My passion is to be the best storyteller, articulating the vision better than anyone else in the company. I love the challenge of telling stories in different ways, creating content that fits a specific audience, and challenging myself to squeeze impactful message into small character counts. 


Leader

I strive to put my team members in positions to succeed with an understanding of their strengths and allowing them to use them. I challenge my teams to perform at their best levels through opportunities that will make an impact for the business. I also hold my teams to high standards, but always stand as their greatest advocate.

On a personal note…

It’s hard to put into writing all the areas I have engaged in when it comes to marketing. One of my peers recently reviewed me, “Danielle is a go-to for many on the marketing side of the house. If anyone is unsure who to go to, we know Danielle is always willing and able to point us in the right direction.” I truly love working cross-functionality and pride myself on spending time with different team members in different departments to gain a better understanding of the areas of product and overall business objectives. Collaboration helps drive success. By gaining this understanding across functions, I am able to become the storyteller and visionary of an organization.

At home, I’m mom to Brooks (7) and Laken (4). Wife to Nick, who I met at Appalachian State (during the football national championship years). And, dog-mom to Jake (12) and Boomer (8), both yellow lab mixes that we rescued.
